VOLLEYBALL CHAMPIONS
Every Wednesday from the 02 of February to the 06 of April I participated in the Summer Season of CitySide's Volleyball Tournament held at RecWest Braybrook. I played with fellow CRC St Albans alumni and students from Victorian University Secondary College. Each game was a blast and an amazing experience to play against different types of players. We kept on playing and playing and before we knew it we qualified for the Grand Finals which was held on the 6th of April, Wednesday. We had versed "Lecauventos", a team who had a 100% win rate previously before this match. It was a best out of 5 and we took the first 2 sets in a hurry but the opposing team didn't let that stop them and won the next two sets as well. It was the final set and both teams played their best but in the end, our team pulled through and won the final set of the game. It was a pleasure to play along with my teammates and compete against amazing teams. We are definitely coming back next season to defend our crown.
