FAMILY AND STUDENT WELLBEING

FAMILY RESOURCES
To all of our families, below is an extensive list of resources that you may find helpful.  Thank you to our school psychologist Rosa Medina-Barron who put the list together.  Sometimes the number of resources that are available can be overwhelming, however stick with the basics for yourself and your family's wellbeing.
Stay connected, exercise, eat well and get plenty of sleep.
Take care and we hope to see you all face to face in the near future.
Regards,
Kevin Quinn
