Online Medical Forms 

Please complete your child's online medical form through the Parent Access Module or the SimonEverywhere App. The video explains how to access PAM, and further instructions regarding online medical forms and downloading SimonEverywhere. Photo Day – Wednesday 17 February 2021. 

Please order online or complete the envelope that has been sent home.  If completing the envelope, insert exact cash and student to bring on Photo Day to give to photographer.

Immunisation for Years 7  and 10 – Friday 5 March 2021

Immunisation cards have been sent home to Year 7 & 10 families.  Please complete and return to PC teacher by Monday 22 February 2021.  If you do not wish to have your details passed onto Brimbank Council, you must notify the College in writing by 26 February 2021.
