YEAR 7 FOOD TECH
During Food Tech the Year 7 students made scrambled eggs with the whole nasturtium plant; bulbs, flowers and leaves, plus spinach, parsley and rosemary from the school garden. It was such a rewarding and enjoyable class.
HEY MA, THE CHICKENS ARE HERE!!
The return for most of our students coincides with the introduction of 6 hyline chickens!
Approximately 9 weeks old, these hens will start laying early in the new year and will also be an asset to the garden - managing pests and weeds, making great compost and fertiliser and adding an extra layer of charm to the place.
