POP-UP RECYCLING EVENT
Pop-Up Drive Through Recycling Day returns to Brimbank
Council’s second Pop-Up Drive Through Recycling Day will be held at Victoria University in St Albans, on Saturday 30 November from 8am-1pm.
Brimbank residents can safely and conveniently drop-off their unwanted household items, for reuse and recycling at the Pop-Up Drive Through Recycling Day—all at no charge.
The first event in March was a huge success with over 360 residents participating and more than 21,000 kilograms of items were collected on the day.
Residents can drop-off TVs, computers, electronic appliances, whitegoods, furniture (in good condition), bicycles (in good condition), mattresses, homewares, clothes and linen.
Council are partnering with local charity organisations, including the West Welcome Wagon, to collect and reuse unwanted household items, including TVs, computers, electronic appliances, whitegoods, clothing, furniture and bicycles, in good condition.
