Quatrefoils Restaurant @ CRC Sydenham

From next week we will be moving to our next menu which is a bit more playful, and will test our students' skills with a new range of dishes.
 Featured on the new menu is:
  • a pulled pork slider with chipotle mayo and a celeriac and apple slaw
  • Buttermilk fried chicken 
  • Lightly spiced salmon fillet with wild rice and chimichurri
  • A chocolate souffle and a Bombe Alaska!

  • Tuesday 2nd September (Bradman Cluster fundraising dinner)
