With the weather cooling down, our students are heating up the kitchen with some beautiful Autumn dishes for you all to enjoy with your friends and family.
We still have plenty of reservations available for the remainder of May so you can enjoy a night off cooking and no one even needs to do the dishes!

Currently we have the following dates available:
  • Tuesday 20th of May
  • Wednesday 21st of May (Casino night charity fundraiser event)
  • Thursday 22nd of May
The menu for these dates will be:

Entree

Creamy pumpkin soup with garlic toast.

Or

Caesar salad: Romaine lettuce, garlic croutons, bacon, parmesan and a poached egg, topped with anchovies.

Main

Lemon and thyme rubbed chicken breast, green pea and spinach risotto,

pine nuts, marinated feta.

Or

Slow cooked lamb served with potato puree, broccolini, blistered tomatoes and rosemary jus.

Dessert

Sticky date pudding, butterscotch sauce, blackberry and apple compote, housemade vanilla ice cream

Or

Red wine poached pear, vanilla creme anglaise, raspberry coulis.

On Wednesday the 21st of May we are running a special charity event, the Chang Cluster Casino Night. This evening will be run by students and will be raising funds to support Mercy Palliative Care.
Each of these evenings is only $40pp, and we have a full bar available for you to enjoy while you dine. Children are more than welcome and we have a kids menu available.

To RSVP for the restaurant please email quatrefoils@crcs.vic.edu.au with:

  • The event date you are booking for

  • Phone number

  • Number of guests who are attending

Thank you for your support and we look forward to seeing you in the restaurant as our students build their skills and experience in the hospitality industry.
