On Thursday 31 st October, we officially opened our Images 2024 Visual Arts, Visual Communication and Design, Media Arts and Technology Exhibition. The night was extremely well attended and families explored the varied forms of Visual Arts, Design Technology, Food Technology and Media on display. Our students are so creative and everyone enjoyed viewing the installations and high-quality work. We had a feast of food that was made and served by our Year 10 Food Technology students and we were also entertained with music from Sharwin Chung and Teresa Marsom. The school choir opened the night with our school song and we then presented the award winners with their certificates and prizes. Our judges, Caitlin Miric and Manuel Sison, were very impressed with our student’s work and had a difficult time selecting the final awards on the night. We also had our Community Arts Project on display which is connected to our 2024 school theme, ‘Walk With Me’. I would like to thank the Arts and Technology staff and all student curators who assisted in the set-up of the
exhibition. Thanks to our Principal, Ms Christina Utri, for her continued support of the Arts and most of all to all the incredible students of CRC St Albans for their creative abilities and phenomenal artworks.
