Salt and pepper calamari, rocket, cherry tomatoes, aioli, lemon

Pork belly slider, hoisin sauce, herb salad, chilli and lime dressing

Chicken parmigiana, chips, truffle mayo and garden salad

Dessert

Vanilla creme brulee and raspberry ice cream

Tiramisu, blueberry compote and hazelnuts

As always we have our full bar available, and our students have been honing their cocktail, mocktail and coffee skills to be ready for you!
