A Marriage Encounter weekend is for you…

Every married couple deserves this very special weekend.

Time-out to nurture your most precious relationship away from daily distractions.  

The two of you will come away from your weekend feeling more deeply connected 

and with tools to help keep the passion alive.

No group sharing required.

The weekend is based around Catholic values. Couples of all faiths are welcome.

Quatrefoils Restaurant - CRC Sydenham

Thank you to everyone who has come along to our Midwinter Christmas events this year. The students have had a lot of fun decorating the restaurant and making a Christmas feast for you all.

We are preparing our next menu at Quatrefoils and have new dates available. Gather your friends and family and join us as the sun starts to peak out and the weather starts to warm ever so slightly.
This special menu is only $35pp. Bookings are available for 6.30pm on:
  • Tuesday 13th August, Thursday 15th August
  • Tuesday 20th August, Wednesday 21st August, Thursday 22nd August
  • Tuesday 27th August, Wednesday 28th August, Thursday 29th August

    Our new menu will be:

    Entree

    Chicken and corn chowder 

    served with housemade corn-bread

    Or

    Pulled pork slider, 

    brioche bun, chipotle mayo, celeriac and apple slaw. 

    Main

    Buttermilk fried chicken, 

    coleslaw, sriracha mayo, battered pickle, fries

    Or

    Spiced sous-vide salmon fillet, 

    wild rice, avocado and black bean salsa, 

    fresh lime, coriander and chimichurri 


    Dessert

    Lemon polenta cake,

    berry coulis, vanilla cream, pistachio praline

    Or

    Cherry and coconut Bombe Alaska, 

    cherry compote, toasted coconut and fresh mint
