Quatrefoils Restaurant - CRC Sydenham
We have just begun to open up Quatrefoils Restaurant for 2024 and would love to invite you to join us for dinner next Tuesday the 30th of April.
Quatrefoils is the training restaurant at CRC Sydenham. Our Hospitality and Cookery students prepare and serve a 3 course dinner for our guests, while practicing their skills and learning how to make a range of delicious items. We are also a licensed venue, and our students are able to serve a range of beverages, cocktails and mocktails to our guests.
As an opening special we are offering a 3 course dinner for only $25pp next Tuesday evening on the 30th of April (usually $35pp).
The evening begins at 6.30pm, and we ask that you have patience with our students as this will be one of the first times they have looked after a live restaurant of guests.

The menu for the evening will be:
Entree
Soup of the day, crusty garlic bread
or
Caesar salad of romaine lettuce, garlic croutons, bacon, shaved parmesan and a poached egg topped with anchovies
Main
Lemon and thyme rubbed chicken breast, pearl barley, blistered tomatoes, honey glazed carrots, persian feta and demi-glace
or
Overnight braised beef short rib, potato puree, baby beets, broccolini and rosemary jus
Dessert
Sticky date pudding, butterscotch sauce, strawberries and fresh whipped cream
or
Poached pear, roasted walnuts, vanilla creme anglaise and blackberry coulis
